SNP Operational Details

CCML retains its SNP licence. However, CCML does not currently route client orders to the SNP and the SNP is not currently operating as an active subscriber trading venue. Subscriber trading access is not currently available. If subscriber access is reactivated, connectivity and access terms will be communicated separately.

Supported Order Types
The SNP is not currently offering active subscriber-facing order types. References to limit-order functionality, order-entry mechanics, and other trading features are presently inactive unless and until the SNP is reactivated for subscriber trading.

For each order and trade, the Coinsquare SNP will support audit-trail data required under applicable rules, including, as appropriate:

• Participant number

• Marketplace number [TBD]

• Account Type (i.e., Order-Execution-Only Client / Non-Client / Principal)

• Client Identifier (i.e., Legal Entity Identifier or client account number, as applicable)

• Time in Force (i.e., Good-Til-Cancelled / Fill-Or-Kill / Immediate-Or-Cancel)

SNP Order Matching Priority
The SNP is not currently operating an active central limit order book for subscriber trading. Historical matching logic and order-priority mechanics are not currently operative while order flow is routed through Robinhood.
Any minimum order sizes, increments, or displayed bid/ask conventions applicable to SNP subscriber trading will be communicated if and when SNP trading is reactivated.
